**Job Purpose**:Will work in the FP&A Controlling area, which is aimed to provide strategic decision-making and support to company top management to ensure profitable growth, budget and strategic plan achievement.
- Administration and maintenance of EPM systems. Oracle PBCS, TRCS, FDMEE and HFM.
- Developing new projects related to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Developing new solutions to help the company to improve its performance (Tax, Workforce,...).
- Creation and analysis of business reporting. Helping the area to develop standard reports.
- Administration and support of FP&A reports around the globe and helping the area to develop standard reports.

**Accountabilities**:

- Designing and configuring various solutions, to support and implement financial and business processes, by using the Oracle EPM software.
- Supporting the actual, forecast and budget processes within the company and helping users to load and understand the tasks needed.
- Developing planning forms, data integrations, business rules, reports with EPM cloud.
- Giving IT support within a financial team.
- Tracking the quality of the information needed into the databases.
- Getting a full understanding and knowledge of the current existing process.

**Competencies and skills**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related field
- Exposure to Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Process and Data Architecture Design
- Exposure to other EPM software solutions or programming languages
- Experience in consulting or client-facing project work will be advantageous
- Knowledge of EPM solutions, especially Oracle products.
- Knowledge of OLAP cubes.
- High Excels skills and vba coding.
- Ability to interact with members of the Finance and non-Finance community (IT, MKT).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to deliver plans.
- Proactive and flexible.
- Highly autonomous, comfortable to deal with stress, time pressure and accurate in execution.
- Finance skills.
- Fluent in Spanish & English (both writing and speaking)
