**Job purpose**
As an Engineer I - Internal IT, you will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. Also responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
**What will you do?**
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
**Description**:We are looking for an Internal IT engineer to join the Networking department, to provide technical support, for the existing internal IT infrastructure.
Working shifts from 7h-15h/14h-22h.
**Educational Requirements**:Computing CFGS and/or Technical Engineering in Computing and/or Degree in Computer Science. B2 of English.
**Experience Requirement**:No previous experience. better if he/she has it.
**Knowledge Requirements:
- Laptops Lenovo and PCs.
- Mobile communications management.
- Corporate tools : Office 365, DLP, Avecto Endpoint,
- AD Account operator, File Sharing/rights operator
- Patches and Updates, deploy patches and updates (Lenovo and WSUS)
- MS Teams, Meeting rooms, videoconference
- HelpDesk support for Internal IT using ticketing tools.
- Documentation: Experience in writing technical documentation of systems and processes. Ability to understand technical documentation from vendors.
Seeking for someone passionate to support the internal staff regarding IT internal topics, with a service focus mindset. Be an orderly and methodical in your daily work
