Para lograrlo, les proporcionamos nuestra herramienta que ayuda a que la gestión de citas sea más rápida y sencilla conectando a los clientes con sus profesionales de la belleza para que puedan verse y sentirse lo mejor posible.

Buscamos sumar a nuestro proyecto personas orientadas al cliente, que se sientan cómodas a la hora de establecer una relación con los dueños de distintos negocios y darles apoyo para facilitarles su labor.

En booksy te valoramos por ser tú y por tus capacidades reales, no es necesario que añadas una foto o datos personales (como la fecha de nacimiento, sexo, nacionalidad, etc) en tu CV.

**Tu día a día**:

- Reuniones semanales con tu TL y equipo; one to one con tu TL para darte apoyo en tus necesidades y objetivos.
- Organización de tu día de acuerdo al volumen de llamadas, chats o correos que tengas con clientes para solucionar problemas técnicos y abordar inquietudes dentro de los límites de tiempo.
- Construir relaciones con nuestros clientes, dar apoyo desde la primera llamada, hacer seguimiento para la correcta resolución de incidencias y así poder cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
- Identificar, desarrollar y reconocer oportunidades para mejorar los procesos con el fin de mejorar el flujo de trabajo de manera eficiente.
- Mantener registros de las interacciones, consultas e inquietudes de los clientes a través de nuestro CRM (salesforce).
- Sesiones de equipo con nuestro product expert para que domines el producto.
- Apoyo y colaboración de todos los equipos de Booksy: ventas, onboarding, operaciones, HR, marketing.
- Representación en ferias comerciales de distintas ciudades para atraer a clientes y compartir con equipos de otras ciudades.
- Participación en proyectos ad Hoc.
