**Requirements**:
Over 10 years working in warehouse and transport solutions implementation, with proven technical knowhow.
- Global scope : all countries and all businesses
- Stakeholder management : building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business, vendors, and other stakeholders (engineering,)
- Rationalizing current solutions and defining best options for the future
- Identifying and managing risks : developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Managing resources, internals and externals. Vendor management and vendors rationalization
- Developing and implementing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about projects, issues, risks or innovative solutions, sharing best practices between businesses and countries
- Managing projects : scope, timelines, budget, quality, and change management
- Continuous improvement: identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency in the business
- Lead innovation : designing proof of concepts for new solutions
- Project management skills
- Communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
