**About the job**

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Developing and maintaining a Service Now roadmap
- Analyzing, improving, and governing ServiceNow services and workflow requirements (technical focus)
- Explaining technical aspects to business stakeholders in understandable language
- Staying up to date on ServiceNow and related technology trends and development
- Ensuring alignment of ServiceNow solutions with IT strategy and objectives

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor's degree relevant to information technology, computer science/engineering
- Extensive knowledge of CMDB and ITSM
- Highly beneficial knowledge of:

- ServiceNow development skills
- SAP KeyUser Pro ServiceNow module
- ITIL process know-how with focus on incident and change management
- SAP
- AZURE

**Languages**
- English Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant working experience with ServiceNow products
