Abrimos vacante como **SITE MANAGER **en el departamento de Construcción:
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**

**¿En qué consistiría tu trabajo?**
Tareas de dirección, planificación, control y coordinación de todas las actividades a desarrollar para la ejecución de la obra.
Responsable del cumplimiento de la planificación de las actividades del proyecto, así como del seguimiento de las acciones correctivas para conseguir el objetivo de plazo, coordinando todas las actividades de obra.
Dirigir y supervisar al personal de montaje y subcontratistas de la instalación.
Supervisar la correcta ejecución de las labores de instalación (ejecución física y puesta a punto del sistema) que garanticen la calidad final de los trabajos y operatividad de la planta.
Definición de alcances y revisión de BoQs en contratos de mano de obra (subcontratas) y de equipos, dando soporte a Compras en las diferentes fases de contratación.
Prever con la mayor anticipación eventuales desviaciones en los proyectos tanto en plazos, presupuesto y calidad, actuando proactivamente en los planes de acción necesarios.
Documentar el desarrollo de las instalaciones en ejecución reportando al “Project Manager”, custodiando la documentación generada.
Confección del plan de compras y coordinación con el departamento de compras y proveedores para entrega de equipos y ejecución de los trabajos de acuerdo con la planificación.
Revisión, en coordinación con Ingeniería, de los diseños y mediciones del proyecto.
Seguimiento de la planificación realizando comparativos Plan real vs. Contractual.
Realizar las certificaciones parciales y/o totales de la instalación.
Control económico de la obra.
Aprobación de facturas (primer nível).
**Requisitos**:
Formación a nível técnico (Ingeniería Técnica, Ingeniería Industrial eléctrica o mecánica, con experiência entre 2 y 5 años en este tipo de tareas para plantas mayores de 5 MW).
Conocimientos de Obra Civil, Instalaciones Eléctricas AT y BT y Mecánicas.
Movilidad geográfica para estar en obra a nível nacional mientras duren los proyectos.
Valorable nível alto de inglés.
Formación en PRL (mínimo curso 60 h que habilite como recurso preventivo).
Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa
Salario: 30.000,00€-40.000,00€ al año
