**Descrizione e Requisiti**:
- En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.- Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Energética, Ingeniería de Energías- Renovables, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial y/o Ingeniería Química, o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una beca al departamento Enel Green Power & Thermal Generation en Endesa Madrid.**¿Qué hace la Unidad?**
- La Unidad de Project Optimization - Design to Value, perteneciente a Industrial Competitiveness, tiene como misión optimizar los proyectos de nuevas plantas de energías renovables (eólicas, solares y almacenamiento de energía) de ENEL. El fin de la optimización es la reducción del coste de los proyectos (por reducción de CAPEX y OPEX) y del tiempo de construcción, y el incremento de su producción, así como la mejora de aspectos como la sostenibilidad, flexibilidad, riesgo, seguridad, etc. Project Optimization colabora con las otras unidades de Design to Value, de Industrial Competitiveness, de Engineering and Construction y de Global Procurement para identificar las medidas técnicas y no técnicas de optimización en cada proyecto en que participa, interactuar con los contratistas y proveedores, proponer los cambios de diseño necesarios e incorporar en el proyecto el impacto económico y de los aspectos anteriormente citados, tanto en las fases de desarrollo inicial del proyecto, de aprobación de la inversión y en la fase de construcción.**¿En qué colaborarás?**
- La persona seleccionada colaborará en la potenciación de la transformación digital de la unidad de Project Optimization. Tus tareas serán las de:
- Articular de forma utilitaria las bases de datos, información de soporte y recursos de IT de la unidad para mejorar su efectividad y resultados.
- Amplificar el alcance de la optimización en los equipos de proyecto a nível mundial a través del uso de las diversas plataformas IT de ingeniería de ENEL.
- A través de dichas herramientas, dar soporte a los Design to Value Engineers en la identificación, desarrollo, implantación y valoración de medidas de optimización en proyectos.
- Colaborar en tareas transversales del departamento tales como la valoración de optimizaciones realizadas a fin de mejorar la predicción de optimizaciones futuras, o establecer patrones de optimización entre tecnologías dentro del alcance del departamento.
**¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?**
- Recién Graduados/as en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Energética, Ingeniería de Energías Renovables, Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial y/o Ingeniería Química o que estén a falta de su TFG.
- Inglés avanzado C1 e Italiano valorable.
- Ofimática (Word, Excel, Power Point), aconsejable programación en Visual Basic, Power BI u otros lenguajes.
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Prácticas del Programa BRIDGE en ENDESA, S.A.- Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales
- Horario: Jornada completa
- Centro de trabajo en España: Ribera del Loira 60, 28042 Madrid
- Master en Productividad y Desarrollo Personal, Universidad de Alcalá.
- Las becas de Endesa constan de dos partes, un Plan de Formación Específico o Práctica en la Empresa y un Plan Académico de Formación. La práctica en la Empresa tendrá una duración de un año, con una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la formación académica de manera online en los 6 primeros meses.
