Job Title: Global Forecasting Lead for Nemolizumab

**Job Description**:
In this role, the Global Forecasting Lead for Nemolizumab will lead the execution of data analytics and forecasting initiatives as part of Global Commercial Operations, resulting in a Subject matter expert on the market sizes, trends, and competitors across Nemolizumab different indications. This person will also serve as a SME in driving high quality, standardized forecasting, and insight generation to support data-driven business decision making, including pipeline development and commercialization/launch strategies. The Global Forecasting Lead for Nemolizumab will work closely with Insights & CI counterparts, and partner cross-functionally to drive portfolio and brand strategy, and performance in line with strategic priorities of the franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive industry-leading capabilities across areas of analytics, forecasting excellence, and reporting to improve decision-making and maximize business impact.- Lead repeatable forecasting and output generation, with consistent integration of forecast results into franchise strategic planning processes (e.g. MRP, annual budgeting, annual brand plans etc.).- Act as strategic partner to Global Franchise Team members: Global Commercial Leads, Market Access Leads, and effectively work with teams that have a direct and marked influence on company strategy (commercial and development).- Work to deliver robust forecasts and analytics solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of Nemolizumab.- Execute global brand-level forecasts and incorporate output into Nemolizumab strategic planning processes.- Liaise with Insights & CI counterparts and regional colleagues to ensure latest, aligned-on research and data is incorporated into forecast model assumptions on a timely basis.- Provide reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on performance, business risks and opportunities leveraging best-in-class forecasting and analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in a commercial capacity within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, ideally in a global scope- Experience in developing forecasting models and analytics tools/reports at Global and Regional level, and for products across the lifecycle (from early development to commercialization)- Must demonstrate exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking and an understanding of product development, sales, and marketing business practices.- Demonstrate the ability to design and execute tailored forecast models, ensuring appropriateness of assumptions in place, and the ability to drive regular and ad-hoc analytics projects/workstreams.- Expertise in developing reports and recommendations for senior management in line with strategic objectives and inform key business decisions.- Demonstrated ability to work across fu
