ACREW is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Marketing Associate. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team in planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities, conducting market research, analysing consumer behaviour data, and creating reports on marketing metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting market research to identify target audiences and industry trends
- Assisting in the development of marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Creating engaging content for social media platforms and marketing collateral
- Analysing campaign data to evaluate their effectiveness
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance ACREW's brand presence
- Coordinate events when needed
- Liaise with clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Well-organised with multi-tasking skills
- Creativity & adaptability skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Spanish or French
Pay: 1,800.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
