**Community builder (Internship)**
Our team is multidisciplinary and full of experts working together towards a common goal: making photonics easy and accessible.

We are looking for a Community Builder with Marketing knowledge who wants to grow professionally with the Startup and overcome together with the group the challenges that the startup encounters in its beginnings.
The team philosophy is the cooperative work between product developers, data analysts, designers and the execution of the marketing strategy, where judgment and opinion of the members matters.
The team is highly international, with English as an official language, and the working environment is young, dynamic and flexible.
**Activities to be done by the student.**
**Main tasks**:
- Planning marketing online and off/line campaigns with measurable actions.
- Designing and executing social media campaigns.
- Identifying communication roles for the different players.
- Analyzing early adopters, early majority and late majority, and designing custom actions.
- Measuring reporting actions.
- Build an Ideal User profile from analyzing current data.
- Evaluate business development actions based on the results.
- Plan a marketing strategy to acquire the ideal user profile, execute, test, and iterate until finding reliable and consistent conversion.
- Plan a communication strategy with the same methodology. Identify communication channels for all players related to the company: Users, Clients, Investors, HR,

- Analytical resolving ability

- Autonomous learning
- Knowledge of media production and communication
- Excellent written communication skills in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: 400.00€ - 900.00€ per month
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Barcelona
