Job Title: Remote Telesales Executive

**Job Roles**:

- Handling warm leads directly.
- Initiating direct sales calls to customers for company products.
- Processing payments.
- Entering data into the CRM system.
- Coordinating with team members regarding appointments.

**Requirements**:

- A background in sales, Ideally phone sales.
- English as primary language.
- Autonomo status is required for the role.
- To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
- Possess a laptop and fast speed internet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology efficiency.
- Adaptable and quick thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Wage & Hours**:
In this role, you'll enjoy a £17,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £31,000. Commission is a % of sales.

This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role:
Monday - 10-7 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Tuesday 10:30-7:30 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Thursday 10:30-7:30 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)

**Salary**: 19,805.00€ - 36,115.00€ per year
