We're looking for an RTB Manager with knowledge of media buying models and RTB to join a leading advertising company based in Barcelona

Our client is a leading service provider in the digital advertising sector, offering RTB features.

Tasks

**As an RTB Manager, you will**:

- You will primarily be responsible for creating revenues with potential DSP and SSP partners.
- You will be managing the RTB partner pipeline.
- You will be prospecting new potential clients for RTB connections.
- You will be growing accounts to achieve targets and managing client relations on a daily basis.
- You will be collaborating with the IT team for constant improvements.
- You will provide training and constant updates to the sales team.
- You will be monitoring compliance and fraud issues from DSP and SSP partners.
- You will be attending international tradeshows and events.

**Requirements**:
**You are the person we are looking for if**:

- You have at least 1-2 years of experience from an advertising network or similar. Experience in Programmatic Marketing would be an asset.
- You have a good understanding of RTB (real-time bidding).
- You are knowledgeable in media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.).
- You have sufficient experience and passion for technology and digital MKT.
- You have an excellent level of English.
- You feel comfortable with adult content. The main partners of our clients are porn platforms.
- You have an analytical background.
- You have a technical understanding and are driven to achieve your goals.
- You have strong communication and negotiation abilities.
