**The Opportunity**:
This is exciting times for ESW with the creation of a new Data Strategy & Insights team.

This team will have the mission to shape the company's data strategy, establish a data governance model to prioritize, execute and measure both performance and operations effectively & accurately against our company strategy. Thanks to the data skills in this team, we'll support the business to become the undisputed leader in DTC.

We are looking for a motivated, experienced and strongly business focus Senior Data insight Analyst to join our growing team, and help the Company, at all levels, take strategic decisions using internal & external data.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will work cross functionally in the Company to create a source of truth when it comes to evaluate our internal performance: you will support the business departments and the executives in the monitoring of our internal performance by identifying, building, and reporting in an automated way the most important operational KPIs. You will execute and interpret data analysis to nourish strategic decisions taking us to the next level in DTC leadership.
- Create a source of truth regarding internal operational performance.
- You will work with the business stakeholders from all departments in the identification and the monitoring of the most relevant and accurate KPIs to follow their performance.
- You will work with the executive level to select the KPIs to be followed monthly at an executive level.
- You will coordinate with the data & BI engineering team and the data product team to create an operational detailed dashboard behind each of our core service offerings, with the ability to aggregate (Business Pulse) and drill down (Operational Reporting) depending on the users (business vs executive).
- Bring a layer of insight and intelligence in all your deliveries, to support the daily weekly monthly and larger strategic decisions within the business to be made.
- You will support business stakeholders with adhoc analysis around operations by gathering, processing and analysing raw data from numerous sources using advanced statistical modelling techniques.
- You will translate complex results to business stakeholders and advise how to implement meaningful insights to increase our performance. The Data Insight Analyst is responsible for sharing in a very pedagogic way the results of the analysis done. Verbal (presentation) and writing communication (slides using PowerPoint, word reports) must be impeccable.
- You will use your innovative mindset and your knowledge of the latest developments in data methodologies, practices, tools to propose initiatives to increase our internal performance.
- Contribute to the development of a data driven culture across ESW and helping to improve the company's ability to "speak data" - read, write, use and communicate data.
- Develop data literacy within the company.
- Develop data skills/capabilities within the business departments to carry out deep dive analysis into specific areas of interest/issue/opportunity.
- You are committed to delivering fast, delivering quality and possess a passion for data and the value it can bring.

**Key Experience & Skills**:

- Degree in computer science, Big Data, or related field.
- 5+ years of data analyst experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and manipulation of large datasets.
- Experience in SQL and data preparation tools (Cloud DataPrep, Alteryx, Excel).
- Proficient in R or Python for statistical programming.
- Knowledge of data architecture technology, tools, and clouds (particularly Google).
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Focus on the organization's overarching goals and business acumen.
- Collaboration skills for working cross-functionally.
- Effective communication and pedagogy skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Positive, tenacious, and problem-solving orientation with analytical rigor.
