Project Manager

Develop project plans, including timelines, tasks and resources in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed as scheduled and that project objectives are met.
- Proactively identify address, and solve any roadblocks or issues that may arise during project implementation and ensure to react with the needed changes.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution; this includes coordinating with department heads to secure necessary personnel and assets.
- Maintain regular and clear communication with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide timely progress updates, risk assessments, and potential solutions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth project transitions and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to building a project management community and enhancing PM practices in the company.
- In the beginning, some trips to Lithuania will be required to meet the team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, project management, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in international and/or remote project management, with a focus on operations-related projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 level).
- Strong knowledge of different types of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
- Expertise in systemic project management and Agile techniques.
