How you're responsibilities look like...

Ensure solid sales strategy is defined & executed for the Key Accounts in your scope (both direct customer & distribution for Iberia, linked to Europe);
- Understanding the markets, region & distribution ecosystems analyses including industry trends, customer strategy, competitive landscape, risks & opportunties,...
- Expand, Upscale, Manage full customer relationship and ensure Commercial Excellence; lead effective negotiations,...;
- Managing the development of long-term & efficient upcaling collaboration;
- Monitor & Deliver Price Volume mix objectives, take growth initiative for your portfolio & through your distribution network;
- Collect, understand & act upon relevant data, including customer & competitor insights, economic & industry data;
This position reports to the EMEA Sales Leader. This role is home office based (and/or in the site in Italy or Spain) with regional travelling up to 40%.

**Requirements**:
If our client could dream, you’d present

Graduated from a Business School, from a technical program (chemistry) or engineering school;
- Proven commercial track record (at least 4 years) of sales or key account management in an industrial and B2B business & international environment; with direct B2 customers and distributors;
- In depth experience of consultative & technical selling;
- Understanding of business management both in/external use (marketing, finance,...);
- Experience of composite (resins, fibreglass) is a must;
- Structured and detail oriented; strong negotiator, solution & consultative selling with good business acumen; compete on analytics; results driven critical thinker who enjoys solving problems;
- Ability to assess customer opportunities & needs, to successfully manoeuver through sensitive customer situations; to upscale business & contract management;
- Fluent in English; fluent in Italian and/or Spanish; any other EU language is an asset;
**Location**: Spain or Italy + home-office - Travel 30% - 40%
