**Your Role and Responsibilities**
You will work on our clients’ digital reinvention journeys across multiple stages of IBM’s engagements, including:

- Analyzing clients’ challenges and objectives
- Designing a digital target picture in line with client objectives, requirements and restrictions
- Evaluating initiatives based on solid business cases and KPIs
- Shaping a digitalization roadmap and accompanying the client throughout the implementation of envisioned initiatives

- Leading business development activities such as proposal development and shape future growth, driving 6-18 months out transformative agendas with our priority clients in the Government sector
- Building strong long-term relationships with purpose in the public sector, specifically in Government, as strategy and “value lead” for our clients
- Landing and expanding new engagements, nurturing new and existing talent, and leading the way from consultative relationship-building to shaping, proposing, delivery, and value assurance

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Technical knowledge in Data Security
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
- Understand operational and security challenges in a large enterprise and common pain points
- At least 3 years experience in a Security Technical Role
- Consultative sales approach

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Proven track record and more than 5 years experience in a Consulting role implementing Enterprise Solutions
