HOFF is seeking a highly skilled and self-directed **Creative Producer** to support industry-leading content across our Art Direction Team. **_The Creative Producer will produce photography and video content from concept to final deliverables. He/she will define project scope, develop timelines and milestones, plan and manage budget allocations, facilitate reviews and communication, and ensure project delivery requirements are met_**. This role will also manage external production/post-production companies and creative agencies.
This role, based in our Alicante office, will be part of the Marketing team.
**What you will be up to**:
- **_Produce video, photography, and motion content_** from concept to final deliverables, whether using in-house resources or outside production companies, or agency partners.
- Manage the **_creation of social media campaigns_**, working with external agencies and in-house Social teams.
- Bid, hire, and **_manage production and post-production partners for assigned projects_** (photographers, directors, editors, post-houses, animation, color, music, models, stylist). Investigate and develop new content creation models to increase velocity and open up new production methods.
- Reporting to the Art Director and working closely with the marketing and product design team to proactively **_clarify requirements and deliverables when there is ambiguity_**.
- **_Manage projects/programs/campaigns through the entire lifecycle_**: planning, creative, production, delivery, and wrap.
- **_Define project scope_**, including timeline, resources, labor hours, and external costs.
- Ensure all **_deliverables are meeting stakeholder expectations_**, including adherence to established timelines and budgets, creation of budget controls to drive accuracy in forecasting, and alignment with the legal department to ensure relevant guidelines are followed.
- Manage **_production budget and payment approvals_**, and partner closely with Procurement teams to ensure proper financial reporting.
- Facilitate **_project-related team meetings _**(i.e. kick-offs, status, PPMs, internal/client reviews, etc.), and communicates action steps to the broader team.
- **_Anticipate bottlenecks_**, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Work with business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution.
- **_Clearly communicate project status with stakeholders regularly._**:
- Initiate vendor paperwork and manage the vendor invoice process in adherence with HOFF's Spending & Transaction Policies.
- Ensures the highest standards are achieved, processes are continually improved, and results are delivered.
**What are we looking for?**
- **_5+ years of creative production experience_** at a fashion or lifestyle retailer, advertising agency, in-house marketing department, magazine/editorial/publishing group, or production company.
- Proven experience in **_editorial shoot production_** (stills and video).
- Proven experience in **_social and influencer shoot production_**.
- **_Strong network of creative talent and agencies._**:
- Experience**_ negotiating talent agreements_**.
- Expert-level **_experience managing production and post-production processes_** and the ability to monitor progress for timely execution
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work to deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
