**¿Qué buscamos?**

Una persona para cubrir una posición de **Delivery manager**
- Al menos 10 años de experiência
- Conocimiento y experiência en ITIL, PMBoK, METRICA V3, Métodos ágiles (Indispensable experiência en Scrum).
- Conocimiento en herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Jira y Confluence

- Adoptar una visión global del servicio.
- Ser el punto de contacto con equipos de gestión del cliente.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre los involucrados.
- Planificar actividades y asignar recursos.
- Organizar la ejecución de las tareas.
- Dirigir y coordinar equipos de trabajo.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Controlar la calidad de las entregas.

**Competencias necesarias para el desarrollo del puesto**:

- Imprescindible experiência en puestos similares
- Titulación universitaria.
- Certificación en ITIL.
- Deseable certificaciones en metodologías ágiles.
