En Matteco nos dedicamos al **desarrollo de materiales** de última generación para **descarbonizar la economía**. Hemos desarrollado una innovadora tecnología mediante la que impulsamos el desarrollo de electrolizadores para convertir el H2 en una solución viable y contribuir a descarbonizar diferentes sectores, cumpliendo los ambiciosos objetivos fijados en la Estrategia de Hidrógeno de la UE. Nuestra solución patentada se basa en un polvo basado en níquel-hierro que actúa como catalizador en el proceso de electrólisis del agua, válido para electrolizadores alcalinos y de membrana de intercambio aniónico.

Buscamos un/a** Office Support a media jornada** con una sólida trayectoria en una posición similar para dar soporte logístico al equipo directivo y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la oficina

**¿Cómo será tu día a día como Office Support en Matteco?**:

- Gestión y coordinación de agendas
- Atención de llamadas y filtro telefónico
- Recepción de visitas
- Gestión de correspondencia y comunicaciones internas y externas
- Control documental y archivo
- Redacción y traducción de documentos
- Elaboración de presentaciones e informes
- Coordinación de actividades y reuniones del equipo, dentro y fuera de la organización
- Soporte en atención a clientes y proveedores
- Organización de eventos y gestión de espacios
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las oficinas de la empresa, y los medios materiales asociados
- Apoyo en la gestión de viajes
- Seguimiento de presupuestos y control de gastos
- Compra de material y gestión de suministros de oficina

- Sabes que en un entorno cuidado y con buen ambiente se obtienen mejores resultados y te sientes capaz de asegurar que todo en la oficina funcione correctamente, hasta el último detalle
- Tienes una clara orientación al cliente, tanto interno como externo
- Eres ágil y proactivo/a, con capacidad para asumir imprevistos y anticiparte a futuras necesidades.
- Entre tus cualidades está tu capacidad resolutiva, posees iniciativa y sabes priorizar.
- Estás habituado/a a trabajar con equipos directivos y apoyar en el desarrollo de proyectos
- Eres una persona organizada y prestas atención al detalle
- Te gusta trabajar en equipo, de forma colaborativa, generando y alimentando buenas relaciones con otros departamentos
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto en español como en inglés (al menos, nível C1)
- Tienes disponibilidad para trabajar en Valencia, combinando presencial y en remoto
