- ? Bsc/Master in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineer;
?At least 8 years of professional experience;
? Specific experience as QA/QC Manager (+ 5 years) working for an EPC Contractor or main subcontractor within the solar PV Industry;
? Strong project management, communication, reporting and organizational skills;
? Fluent in Spanish and English;
? Keen to work efficiently and cooperatively;
? Excellent written and oral communication skills;

**Activités**
- ? During pre-construction stage:

- Assisting the EPC Team in preparing, coordinating, reviewing, drafting and negotiating all aspects of RFPS, EPC/BOS contracts and
main equipment supply agreements (modules, inverters, trackers, mounting structures, HV transformers, etc.) from a QA/QC
perspective;
o Defining and develops the implementation of a holistic QA/QC strategy for TERIb projects (both offsite and onsite), including
developing and implementing corporate standards and procedures as required.
o Acting as main point of contact for all QA/QC matters with TotalEnergies Renewables HQ.
o Supporting the EPC team in evaluating and selecting the most suitable QA/QC external partners (testing agencies, owner´s
engineers, etc.) for every project.
o Ensures the compilation of QA/QC related lessons learned and dissemination across TERIb on regular basis (T-Rex).

? During execution stage:

- Guarantees that a robust QA/QC Management Plan is put in place for every project (both offsite and onsite, including main
equipment FAT, module testing and inspection, construction QA/QC, etc.)
o Establishes a daily, weekly and monthly reporting system as required.
o Ensures on time mobilization and proper coordination of every project construction QA/QC team with the EPC Team (Engineering,
Construction, Contract Manager, Procurement Manager, Document Controller, HSE, etc.).
o Leads monthly coordination meetings with contractors and main equipment suppliers.
o Performs site and factory audits in coordination with external QA/QC partners in accordance with the QA/QC Management Plan.
o Ensures the projects are constructed and commissioned in accordance with the approved design, the contractual requirements
and the project-specific QA/QC Management Plan.
o Reviews and approves the QA/QC weekly and monthly reports provided by contractors and suppliers.
o Supports the Project Director during the handover of the project to the O&M and Assets Management Team.
o Leads the capacity building of the respective contractors and subcontractors through the organization of KoMs and specific
workshops.
o Training, mentoring and supervision of the quality inspectors assigned to each project.
o Implements and maintains the Non-Conformance register and the Corrective Actions Program.
o Leads the RCA investigation for every major defect found.
o Defines the QC inspection program in coordination with the Contractor and attends the respective Request for Inspections.

TotalEnergies Renewables develops, builds and operates solar projects in Spain, either with full ownership or with partners in JVs.
This position shall involve coordination with other TotalEnergies Renewables central operation functions (such as engineering, procurement, contract management, HSE, project management) as well as with TotalEnergies Renewables HQ.
