**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- EXFO is among the leading providers of next-generation testing, monitoring and service assurance solutions for network operators, equipment manufacturers and large web companies. EXFO’s mission is to accelerate the deployment of fiber, transport and 5G networks across the globe and to ensure an optimal experience for labs researchers, field workers and eventually for end-users. With 2,000+ employees across 25 countries, EXFO values intrapreneurship and customer-centricity with a true global mindset and a great sense of responsibility (remote work, flexible hours).- As a Marketing assistant, working at least 3 weeks per month at EXFO’s office, reporting to Marketing Director and under day-to-day supervision of the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing Marketing plans in Europe-Middle-East-Africa (EMEA) Region. You will work in close relationship with the products/solutions and sales teams and in orchestration with the rest of the marketing organization- By developing a creative mix of marketing tactics including digital channels and offline marketing such as tradeshows, you will contribute towards the realization of the marketing and business objectives.**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute events, promotions, and campaigns aligned with marketing plans
- Work hand-in-hand with digital marketing experts, events planners, corporate communication and public relations team, as well as EXFO’s internal marketing agency (writers, designers) to deliver creative campaigns
- Handling ad-hoc requests coming across EMEA region and aligned with regional priorities
- Participate in content creation and design
- Contribute to track the performance of the EMEA campaigns to optimize mix, content and tactics and ensure objectives are met.
- Contribute to the execution of integrated campaigns combining top, mid and bottom of the funnel tactics to drive demand and accelerate sales

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies
- fluent in English (written & spoken), German is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office for daily tasks (excel, word, power point)
- knowledge of networking markets and technologies

- Can-do attitude and go-getter profile, team player, ability to suggest innovative and creative solutions and to implement them
- Data literacy, strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively.
- High written & oral communication skills
- Agile mindset, able to iterate based on campaigns performance

**ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Education_: Bachelor or Master Degree, Marketing or Engineering,- Linguistic Requirements_: Fluent in English. German a big Plus.EXFO is an equal opportunity employer.
