JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Responsible for different content catalogue sections to create digital learning content that supports our partners- Design engaging digital learning content (courses, videos, microlearning, infographics, quizzes, etc.) to ensure a seamless E2E experience for the customer and maximize the uptake of digital learning on the platform- Create the user experience and quality check of the finished product- Produce storyboards/proposals as project needs require including exercises and activities that enhance the learning process- Impact analysis: devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course as well as help the project manager in the overall impact analysis setup- Support with the webinar setup and content preparation-
- Utilize digital learning authoring tools to create and edit content. (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, EdApp or others.)- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all digital learning content meets company standards and is free of errors- Work with the Campus Project manager and Commercial stakeholders to identify the target audience’s training needs and suitable content to cover them- Set instructional end goals and create content that meets them

Skills needed:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field- Either previous experience in Instructional Design and/or another creative or educational background (understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices for adult learning is a plus)- Project Management skills and Graphic Design experience- Either previous experience using Digital Learning Authoring Tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, etc.) or similar (video, graphic design, tools) or ability and desire to learn new tools quickly- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms is a plus- Fluency in English, written and spoken- Good time management and prioritization (Able to juggle priorities, and define and hold boundaries)- Experience of or high adaptability to working in multilingual & multinational environments
