**About the Role**:

Como mayor grupo de salud y ocio de Europa, somos algo más que "un gimnasio". Nos enorgullecemos de ofrecer a nuestros socios la oportunidad de relajarse y desconectar en nuestros retiros spa de primera calidad, ya sea después de un duro entrenamiento en nuestros gimnasios de última generación, disfrutando de una de nuestras clases de ejercicios exclusivos o simplemente pasando el día descansando después de una dura semana en la oficina.
Como Anfitrión de Spa, actuarás como embajador de nuestros hermosos retiros de spa, dando la bienvenida a los socios, asegurándote de que entienden los beneficios para la salud y el bienestar de cada sala de terapia, ofreciendo bebidas, vendiendo nuestros productos de bienestar de spa y asegurándote de que el spa está siempre limpio y ordenado según los estándares que cabría esperar de un entorno de primera calidad, tanto en el interior como en las relajantes zonas exteriores.
Recomendará y educará a los socios sobre los diversos beneficios de la experiência del spa, sobre la etiqueta del spa y utilizará su conocimiento experto de los productos para garantizar que la experiência de los socios, el uso y la relación calidad-precio sean máximos.

**Would you like to join the largest Health and fitness operator in Europe?**
As Europe’s largest health and leisure group, we are more than ‘just a gym’. We pride ourselves on giving our members the opportunity to relax and unwind in our premium spa retreats, whether that be after a tough work out in our state-of the-art gyms; enjoying one of our signature exercise classes; or just spending the day rewinding after a tough week at the office.
As a Spa Host you will be acting as an ambassador for our beautiful spa retreats, welcoming members, ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, offering drinks, selling our spa well-being products and ensuring that the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards you would expect from a premium environment - both inside as well as the relaxing outside areas.
You will be recommending and educating members on the various benefits of the spa experience, on spa etiquette and using your expert product knowledge to ensure that the member experience, usage and value for money is maximised.
