**About the Role**

Halborn is in hyper-growth mode and growing a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You are highly proactive, organized and forward-thinking in your approach. You'll work with Halborns marketing team to support the overall marketing goals, with a strong focus on the upcoming product launches.

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and management - Collaborate with cross functional teams to create, execute and evaluate projects from start to finish
- Client Management - proven experience handling clients and simultaneously coordinating activities with external clients, other partners, and internal teams.
- Event Planning - proven track record of event organization with ability to showcase work on Web3 conferences by managing a team as host, attendee, side events host, speaker and sponsorships.
- Cross-functional skills - ability to wear many hats as organizer, client, provider, creator, coordinator, among others.
- Team management - proven ability to manage and guide people
- Familiarity with SEO, Social Media, Referral Programs, Content, Growth Hacking, Conferences, webinars and more
- Well-versed in performance metrics and tracking processes, including expenditures, and return on investment. CRM/Salesforce experience is good to have.

- 5+ years of marketing experience in a high tech/web3 context

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Experience working in blockchain industry is strongly preferred
- Strong experience in establishing positioning, brand, and narrative in the cybersecurity, cryptocurrency or technology space
- Deep understanding of marketing dynamics with a track record of building a strong presence via social media channels like Twitter
- Expertise in brand strategy, creative and PR/media communications
- Strong experience in marketing technical products and creating go-to-market strategies
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly preferred
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
