Se trata de un puesto con gran variedad de tareas, donde tan pronto estarás realizando labores de prospección de posibles nuevos clientes, visitas de fidelización, presentaciones de producto y servicios en un claustro de profesores, como negociando condiciones comerciales en un centro escolar o participando en una feria /evento de educación para dar a conocer nuestra marca.

Trabajarás con un equipo amplio de personas con mucha experiência.

**Funciones o responsabilidades**:

- Vender los productos y soluciones educativas de Macmillan, gestionando todo el ciclo de la venta con tus clientes actuales y potenciales (desde la generación y/o identificación de oportunidades hasta el cierre de acuerdos y contratos)
- Gestionar la relación con los clientes, analizando sus necesidades, ofreciéndoles la solución más adecuada y fidelizando la relación con los mismos.
- Diseñar planes comerciales personalizados para cada cliente, que aporten un valor y que incluyan una estrategia completa sobre las distintas variables en el negocio (precios, promociones, colaboraciones publicitarias, condiciones de pago, etc)
- Defender y negociar los planes comerciales, ajustándose a las necesidades de los clientes, pero sin descuidar las necesidades propias del negocio.
- Participar en la generación de nuevos enfoques, soluciones e ideas de negocio.

**Conocimientos y habilidades**:

- Aunque no imprescindible, se valorará experiência de al menos 3 años realizando funciones similares (preferentemente en el sector educativo)
- Formación superior.
- Dominio de MS Office.
- Imprescindible bilingüe en catalán.
- Inglés (nível intermedio)
- Permiso de conducir B1.
- Se valorará conocimientos del sector editorial y sistema educativo español.
