**What you will enjoy doing**
- Monitors and analyses business performance, KPIs and initiatives, supporting month end close
- Tender Cases Financials
- Supports Homecare Management on business development and business improvement / cost reduction plans; actively seeks out cost reduction / working capital opportunities / and new projects business plans
- Provides cost centre planning, management reports and deviations analysis
- Ensures compliance with Finance and accounting regulatory framework (local GAAP, US GAAP, Linde PLC accounting policy)
- Contact for Internal and external audits (e.g. Financial / Tax audits) within the countries
- Supports the management in ad-hoc data requirements or projects
- Advises and consulting and support of the management in the financial due diligence on acquisitions, portfolio analysis and new investments/divestments
- Other management reports such as P&L per customer and Margin per therapy reports
**What makes you great**
- You have a university/master’s degree in Finance
- Also your experience is between 1-3 years in multinational corporations or Big 4 in a FICO department
- You consider yourself controlling / Financial/ Accounting expertise
- Also you can speak Spanish and English fluently
- Further you have excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- You have strong written and oral communications skills
