Description of the Team
The Security Enabler role is positioned in the Program, Risk, and Assurance pillar of the Adevinta Information Security (InfoSec) Tribe and will be part of the team managed by the infoSec Program & Portfolio Manager. It is the mission of the InfoSec Tribe to ensure the creation of the worlds Most Trusted Marketplaces.Description of the job
What will be your responsibilities?
- Manage and steer the Security Improvement Programme to ensure execution of Adevinta’s InfoSec strategy and help bring the InfoSec tribe towards the next level of maturity.
- Provide best practices, guidance, and direction to guide InfoSec strategic and tactical paths;
- Organise and manage the internal governance and way of working for the InfoSec tribe to increase operating effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate the delivery of InfoSec projects in order to deliver world-class cyber security capabilities for the global functions and marketplaces consume;
- Foster a high performance culture and create an agile mindset amongst the InfoSec tribe.
- Maintain relationships with InfoSec service owners, leadership, and stakeholders, and provide updates and periodical reports to them about the strategy, program adjustments and progress;
- Monitor, measure and ignite continuous improvement in service performance and evolution.
- Establish a culture of security awareness throughout Adevinta.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor or master degree in relevant discipline;
- Relevant proven work experience & project management experience;
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders/business partners, understanding their needs and translating the needs into program requirements and opportunities;
- Ability to work collaboratively and build functional relationships;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Good understanding of the business operations and Information Security Management domain;
- Appreciation for and interest in Information Security Management on a global enterprise level;
- Ability to build successful collaborations through influence and engagement without direct line reporting;
- Ability to analyse, organise and prioritise work while meeting multiple deadlines;
- Intercultural sensitivity and DEI mindset;
- CISM, CISA or similar certificate would be an asset.
