Recruitment Consultant

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work and have technical work conversation in English
- At least 1 year of experience in **Targeted Sales **(not retail or hospitality) required
- University level education or a very strong level of High-School education required
- Must be a Resident of Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Estepon

**Basic salary - €26,000 - 29,000 + Commission**

**Realistic Commission of €10,000 - 15,000 in year one, €20,000 - 30,000 in year two**

**Sotogrande Office - Hybrid working available**

**Hours 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (early finish at 4pm on Fridays)**

**Recruitment Consultancy within Technology and IT**

Recruiting for talent in these spaces would be your main task;

This is a highly consultative position in which you do not try to pressure people into jobs, but rather consult with industry professionals about their career path development.

**Tasks would include**:
Collecting feedback from interviews

Creating and posting compelling job adverts

Researching new markets and identifying target clients

Attending industry networking events, conferences and exhibitions

**Full training is provided.**

Previous experience in recruitment is not expected, this is a trainee opportunity, a strong academic background is required.
