How to contribute to our vision
- Define the LOG strategy for the project and assure the align of this with the rest of PM
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the budget prepared for the package function in the offers and SBA process
- Ensure the correct identification, assessment and quantification of all the potential R&O of the package function scope for each project during the SBA Process
- Facilitate and promote the coordination with other packages functions for identifying R&O at interfaces
- Facilitates the correct Handover to PM execution team in case the project is won
- Make the Route Survey with inputs provided by S for the project_
- Inland road including any needed accommodation
- WF pad analysis for assessment on transport equipment
- Alternatives A/B for project transportation.
- Define detail LOG package for SBA process_
- Analyze inputs
- LOG assumptions and limitations into consideration (special equipment) supported by operative roles
- Delivery rate to Site in coordination with CNS function
- TCO calculations for different project scenarios; if sourcing alternatives exists
- Coordinate proposed plan with presales planning function
- Prepare budget for the package during SBA process_
- Project quotation in tools and IT systems according to projects requirements
- Validate suppliers offers and tariff in coordination with procurement function
- Prepare offer for LOG package
- Identify, assess and quantify accurately R&O of the package and interfaces_
- Fulfill offer validation questionnaires and checklist identifying any deviation
- Identify non-standard / special project requirement
- Identify R&O, quantify, propose corrective actions and register them
- Validate R&O with PRS coordinator, PM and functions
- Ensures Contract states clear LOG scope and exclusions according to SBA process_
- Validate that the required LOG technical documentation and transportation studies are included in the contract and is updated: assembly, hardstands, sites conditions, )
- Support sell process participating in customer meetings
- Prepares package executive summary of the project for PMS RU manager_
- Support PRS coordinator
- Document LOG project offer summary
- Prepares package executive summary of the project to be Handover to PM execution team_
- Support PRS coordinator and PM during the Handover
- Document CNS package Handover documentation

What you need to make a difference- availability to travel 30% of the time- knowledge of auto CAD valued- specific transport profile (experience in this field)- english knowledge valued
