Nuestros Supervisores tienen un gran impacto, diario, en nuestros clientes, nuestros equipos y nuestra empresa. Son los que guían, forman, impulsan las ventas, procesan los envíos, inspiran, gestionan el producto, se encargan de las reposiciones, solucionan problemas, en resumen, son realmente el motor de las Tiendas
CAMPEÓN DE VENTAS
Ayuda a los Encargados a la hora de liderar el equipo para alcanzar y superar el plan de ventas. Consigue una gestión diligente de la unidad gracias a que presenta la superficie de ventas de manera impecable y a un excelente servicio de atención al cliente. Asesora al equipo en diversas habilidades y, así, incrementa el rendimiento y las ventas de la tienda superando todas las expectativas
EXPERTO EN EL PRODUCTO
Vive por nuestro calzado, lo ama y se asegura de que la tienda sea un auténtico templo para nuestros clientes.
Este líder, siempre atento, orienta al equipo para conseguir un merchandising impecable, que los carteles y precios estén siempre perfectamente colocados y actualizados y ofrecer una excelente presentación. Finalmente, actúa como un auténtico embajador de Skechers, mostrando nuestro producto e informando atentamente a nuestros clientes sobre el increíble calzado, accesorios y ropa de la marca.
UN AUTÉNTICO COACH
Juega en equipo, es un auténtico guía y el COACH perfecto Apoya a los Encargados a la hora de supervisar una gestión de personal y un desarrollo de equipos excelentes y se asegura de que los trabajadores disfruten de una gran experiência.
GURÚ DE OPERACIONES
Actúa como si fuera el propietario, asistiendo a los Encargados a la hora de dirigir procedimientos operativos firmes y rutinas que minimizan las pérdidas e impulsan la rentabilidad. Entiende que la tienda debe estar bien limpia y bonita, tiene que ser un lugar saludable y rentable, y fomenta que el equipo cumpla con las mejores prácticas para conseguirlo.
**Requisitos**:
- En primer lugar, te deberá encantar liderar el equipo para que sea el mejor
- Eres un auténtico motor de ventas y sabes cómo ayudar para conseguir exceder con creces los objetivos del plan de ventas
- Tu equipo es fundamental para tu negocio y para tus clientes, por lo que tus capacidades de evaluación de talentos y desarrollo de habilidades son realmente destacables y estás siempre trabajando para que sean aún mejores
- Eres un experto en gestión de existencias y siempre sabes cómo manejar envíos y reposiciones, independientemente de la temporada.
- Trabajas de forma efectiva e incluso te creces ante situaciones cambiantes y prioridades variables; tienes una gran flexibilidad frente a los imprevistos.
- Eres el rey de la comunicación con tu marcada capacidad para transmitir información y establecer pautas a tu equipo tanto verbalmente como por escrito.
- Es probable que tus compañeros de trabajo te conozcan, también, como un excelente gestor de tareas, ya que utilizas los tiempos y recursos perfectamente para cumplir con todos los plazos, ser eficiente y gestionar las prioridades a nível operativo.
- Tu experiência liderando tiendas/restaurantes hace que seas inmediatamente creíble en nuestro negocio y el mejor a la hora de asistir a los Encargados.
- Finalmente, te lo pasas fenomenal siendo todo lo anterior y compartes con los demás esa energía cada día
