**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Content Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing communications team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling social media content aligned with our business goals and objectives. You’ll also work to execute our social media strategy to engage our target audience, raise brand awareness, and drive lead generation for our Company and products.

What You’ll Be Doing:_**_ _**
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
- Create high-quality, original content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas, product information, and industry insights to ensure content is accurate, informative, and relevant.
- Craft engaging and visually appealing multimedia content, including images, videos, infographics, and interactive assets, to drive user engagement and interest.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements that effectively communicates our key messages and value proposition.
- Maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize content delivery, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and frequency of posts.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities, emerging topics, and engagement strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize content performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future content strategy decisions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements related to healthcare marketing and ensure all content adheres to these standards.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in content development for social media, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or medical device industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and concise copy tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms to track and measure content performance (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and audience engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
