**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Engineer to develop all the tasks involved in the obtaining and performance of Innovation, Research and Development projects.
Topics:Regulatory activities related to: Clean and sustainable transport, Intelligent systems, ADAS/CS as well as Electric/Hybrid vehicles or Hydrogen, Tyres and Brakes.
**Responsibilities**:
Management of internal and external development projects.
Identification of relevant calls for R+D projects.
Identification of internal ideas for new R+D projects.
Coordination with the internal product managers to collect the innovation needs and propose the corresponding initiatives.
Preparation of proposals for the relevant administration.
Management of the project and coordination of internal resources
Coordination of external partners, distribution of tasks and follow up of progress.
Evaluation of internal and external performance.
Participation in internal, external and international meetings.
**Qualifications**:
**Profile**:
Experience in regulations, standards or quality control.
Experience in innovation projects.
Proven skills in interpersonal relations and international environments.
Knowledge and experience in project management (resources, timings, budgets, planning, calendars, management of deviations,...)
Experience in activities related to European institutions and projects.
Knowledge of regulations and approval processes.
Knowledge of automotive technologies, in particular new disruptive ones.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Industrial, Aeronautics or Mechanical Engineering.
**Languages**:
High level of English is a must.
Other languages will be valued.
