Our client is a leading industrial manufacturing company based in Soria, Spain, specializing in producing company interior parts. For the operations, They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Controller to join the team.

Position Summary:
As an Industrial Controller, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the financial performance of our industrial operations. You will be responsible for implementing financial control systems, providing accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the company's profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial control systems and processes to monitor and analyze the performance of our industrial operations.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze key financial indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and procurement, to gather financial data and insights.
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying and investigating any discrepancies or deviations from budgets or forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and efficiency metrics, providing recommendations for cost optimization and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal policies.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and guidance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and projections.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, regulations, and practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
