MEETING & EVENTS MANAGER

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Coordinate the Meetings & Events operation, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service
- Work with GM and F&B Director to evolve and expand the events offering to both internal and external guests ensuring all efforts are on-brand and revenue driving
- Be responsible for leading, developing and implementing a regular program of creative, revenue-driving events and initiatives within the property
- Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Ensure all costs are controlled without compromising standards and service delivery
- Take ownership of the events and initiatives to ensure that we create a truly unique Generator experience
- Identify and work with local and international brands on event-led local marketing campaigns
- Drive the private hire proposition and look to monetize social spaces within the property
- Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
- Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
