En Sener deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a **Director/a de Proyectos de desarrollo de electrónica de control **para nuestro centro de trabajo de Tres Cantos (Madrid).

Somos una compañía de ingeniería pionera en el diseño de tecnología satelital y equipos para la exploración espacial. En Defensa abordamos el diseño y producción de equipos y sistemas, incluidos los no tripulados. Nuestra división de Sistemas Electromecánicos (SEM), con base en Bilbao y Madrid, constituye un proveedor de confianza para las principales agencias espaciales, organismos gubernamentales y empresas.

**Qué harás**:
Te incorporarás al grupo de Desarrollo de electrónica de control de actuadores para Espacio y Defensa. Liderarás proyectos de nuevos productos en las líneas de mecanismos de apunte y sistemas de actuación y control.

Algunas de tus funciones serán:

- Analizar y negociar los requisitos de nuevos productos.
- Definir el Plan de Ejecución y realizar la estimación de costes.
- Definir la arquitectura del producto.
- Coordinar la ingeniería electrónica, incluyendo hardware, software y control.
- Coordinarse con otras disciplinas técnicas, como mecánica, para el estudio de requisitos, interfaces, budgets y prestaciones de sistema.
- Especificar paquetes de trabajo.
- Seguimiento técnico de suministradores y subcontratistas.
- Interactuar directamente con el cliente.
- Elaborar planes de mejora de producto y gestión de obsolescencias.
- Participar en propuestas de nuevos proyectos (definición conceptual, diseño preliminar, predimensionamiento, planteamiento de las campañas de verificación, estimación de costes y recursos necesarios, etc.)

**Qué esperamos de ti**:

- Estudios de grado o máster en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o similar, con especialidad en electrónica.
- Formación complementaria en ingeniería mecánica, desarrollo de producto o dirección de proyectos.
- Nível alto de Inglés.
- Experiência en torno a 8 años, liderando equipos de desarrollo de producto en departamento de I+D, Ingeniería o Producción en empresas que desarrollen producto propio (automoción, aeronáutica, ferrocarril, electrónica, robótica ).
- Que tengas buena comunicación, tanto escrita como oral.
- Capacidad técnica y programática para articular las necesidades del cliente en requisitos técnicos y planes de desarrollo.
- Capacidad de liderar equipos multidisciplinares con fuerte orientación al cumplimiento de prestaciones y plazos.

Además, se valorarán positivamente conocimientos en:

- PMP.
- Análisis de riesgos, KPIs, cuadros de mando.
- Análisis de RAMS y Safety.
- Diseño electrónica y PCBs.
- Ensayos funcionales y ambientales de prototipos y equipos de vuelo.
- Metodologías de desarrollo de producto.
- Power BI
- DOORS
