**Sobre la posición**:
Como Asistente Administrativo de la compañía, tu misión principal será dar soporte polivalente a los equipos de trabajo, combinando estas funciones con la gestión integral de los servicios generales y el control de las oficinas.
**Funciones principales**:
- Contacto y gestión de proveedores: Tanto a nível material de oficina como gestión de espacios.
- Soporte en comparación de precios de proveedores
- Soporte en administración, agendas, traslados, viajes del equipo y similares.
- Gestión de contenidos y mantenimiento de la página web oficial
- Redacción de políticas e informes relevantes en Administración General
- Gestión documental y de archivo físico y digital
- Soporte al departamento de administración en funciones polivalentes derivadas del rol
- Gestión de la documentacón relativa a los servicios generales del edificio (Documentación PRL la seguridad relacionada con los riesgos laborales, simulacro de seguridad, control de accesos, CCTV, tarjeta autorizada, seguridad de la empresa contratada y coordinación con el equipo de recepcionistas
**Requisitos**:
Formación en Administración y Finanzas, Formación en Secretariado, Grado Universitario o similar. Experiência mínima de un año en una posición similar. Nível de inglés bilingüe o muy alto (C1+ o C2) y se valorará muy positivamente el dominio de Chino.
Buscamos un perfil polivalente, dinámico y proactivo. Buscamos una persona con experiência en la gestión de servicios generales. Perfil que busque estabilidad laboral a largo plazo y un buen ambiente de trabajo. Se ofrece contrato indefinido, progresión laboral y horario de 9:00 a 18:00 horas.
