**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

PhD in in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar.
- Accreditation to perform experimental research in animal models
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: **

At least 4 years in vector production of Adeno-associated virus

At least 4 years of experience in in vivo administration and in vivo manipulation

At least 4 years of experience in molecular biology techniques, such as PCR, qPCR, RNA manipulation,

Western, cloning, digestion with restriction enzymes, etc.

At least 4 years of experience in behavioral tests and in memory tests

**Desired: **

Experience in working with iPSC cells and organoids

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Generation and administration of viral vectors in vivo and in iPSCs

Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: 15 march 2023
- Gross annual salary: 24.785,40** **euros. Salary range is consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
