**Scrum Master / Business Analyst Job Description**

**Scrum Master / Business Analyst Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Facilitate and document the discovery and design phases of new product development.
- Work with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Produce wireframes and flow diagrams to describe user / system interactions.
- Organize and manage the scrum process and activities.
- Unblock Development Team Huddles by obtaining clarification and approval from stakeholders.
- Assist with end user documentation and training as needed.
- Contribute to continual improvement of the software development process.
- Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
- Enable change management and adoption to help drive realization of business results and benefits.
- Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information to elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs
- Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.

**Technical Business Analyst Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master / IT business analyst role, ideally in an HR environment.
- Knowledge of Automation Anywhere and ABBYY.
- Experience working part of an agile development team as a business analyst or scrum master.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well independently, set goals, be versatile and demonstrate initiative when needed.
- Experience with Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence toolset.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
