Our **Equipment, Trading & Distribution (ETD) Business Line** is looking for a **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator for Madrid**, who will have the following responsibilities:

- Support and ensure the development and the implementation, at the local organization levels, of the HSE Policies, Procedures and HSE documentary organization defined by Voltalia Group;
- Ensure the local HSE legal compliance;
- Monitoring the rules and other national and international applicable normative documents and adopt the applicable legislation and regulation to the business;
- Provide training and guidance to employees and subcontractors of Voltalia in the HSE matters, including Emergency Plans and Response, New colleagues Onboarding, the proper use of personal protective equipment, the handling of hazardous materials, Procedures, Inductions, Toolbox Tools, Emergency Drills and Awareness actions, including contributing to the development of HSE training materials;
- Accountable for the planning and control of HSE activities related to O&M/ ETD portfolio;
- Constructor’s document control;
- Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data;
- Control and monitoring of HSE in ETD warehouse;
- Supervise the management of records and other documentation related with HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits;
- Periodic safety inspections in the field;
- Management and investigation of accidents and incidents (reporting to QHSE Manager);
- Coordination with QHSE Management & the External Prevention Service and Mutual Accident Insurance Company;
- Elaboration, revision and modification of work procedures and instructions;
- Promote prevention and awareness of subcontractors;
- Be aware of all relevant HSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area;
- Gives assistance to the QHSE Manager with clients’ HSE requirements and assists in compliance;
- Assists in the implementing and maintaining the IMS (Integrated Management System: Iso 14001 Iso 9001 and Iso 45001);
- Assists with the development and implementation of appropriate location emergency response systems;
- Conduct HSE audits and inspections to ETD B2C sites and workshop;
- Assists work site personnel and line management in development of work site HSE promotions and campaigns.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in related areas like Architecture or Engineering;
- Master's degree in health and safety (occupational safety is a must. All 3 specialties will be a plus);
- Knowledge of implementation and control of HSE systems in Warehouses;
- Possess knowledge of ISO 45001, OSHAS 18001 and IS0 14001 will be a plus;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field of HSE on construction or industrial environment (self-consumption photovoltaic systems);
- Knowledge of safety at work legislation (we will also value it on the environmental part);
- CAE Platforms (Coordination of business activities) and e-Gestiona will be a plus;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Proficient in the use of MS Office;
- Driving license.
