KEY PURPOSES

SUPPORTING ACTIONS

SUCCESS MEASURES

Maintain student records

1. Ensure accurate records are held for all students in iSAMS

2. Organise data so that it is easily accessible and formatted consistently

3. Liaise with ISP central office with regards to any requested student information

4. Liaise with finance and other administrative teams with regards to student information

5. Organise periodic updates to data and processes to ensure data is accurate and accessible to the appropriate staff

6. Keep hard and soft copy files updated for all students and ensure relevant documentation (e.g. previous reports, disciplinary letter, exam certificates, medical certificates) is stored either in soft or hard copy as appropriate

7. Complete census and other administrative documentation required by governing authorities related to the primary school

8. Upload reports onto primary and secondary portals at the end of each

term

To be agreed in consultation with your line manager

Communicate school priorities

1. Translate, format and send weekly bulletin and monthly newsletters through iSAMS and post in Frog

2. Answer queries related to the school from other members of the administrative team, academic staff and parents

concerns raised there, passing onto different departments as appropriate

4. Respond to phone enquiries from parents and other members of the community as appropriate

Provide secretarial support for the primary and secondary schools

1. Translate primary and secondary school documentation as requested by the senior/middle leadership team

2. Act as interpreter as required for members of the academic team

3. Support the Heads of School in administrative matters

Coordinate stationery provision and orders for staff

1. Receive and organise stationery requests from staff

2. Liaise with the Facilities Manager to organise additional stock when required
