**Business Manager Junior**:
We are looking for a Business Manager Junior for managing the day-to-day business operations, developing and maintaining client relationships,The role focuses on client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities for the firm. This position requires a strong understanding of the consulting industry and the ability to manage client engagements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any issues.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in pitches to secure new clients.
- Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of engagement with clients to ensure mutual value and alignment with Capgemini´s objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies, fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration..
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business-related role.
- Consultancy and or Engineering Knowledge: understanding of the consulting or Engieering industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- English: C1
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in problem-solving and data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting reports.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and willing
- Business Acumen: A strong interest in understanding various aspects of business operations and strategy.
