**Este es el reto**:
Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo a alguien capaz de alinear a los equipos de diseño para que trabajen de manera eficiente para realizar proyectos de alta calidad que cumplan con los objetivos de negocio.

Ser **Design Project Manager** en The Cocktail quiere decir, sobre todo:

- _Gestionar personas_: generar proyectos de trabajo positivos, disminuir la incertidumbre, gestionar emocionalmente al equipo y conocer las skills de los miembros para empujarlas al máximo.
- _Gestionar proyectos_: administrar tareas, coordinar al equipo, generar la información adecuada para tener un rumbo claro de trabajo.
- _Gestionar clientes_: mantener una relación de transparencia y honestidad con cliente, darle visibilidad de las tareas y de los impactos de éstas y tomar decisiones relevantes junto a él.

**Entre otras cosas, esto es lo que harás**:
En tu día a día:

- **Liderarás** **grandes proyectos de desarrollo de** **producto digital**, orquestando equipos de distintas disciplinas (diseño, tecnología, estrategia y data).
- Trabajarás con distintas herramientas de gestión como Jira, MS Project u Omniplan, aunque no te pedimos experiência en esas herramientas (seguro que puedes aprenderlas rápido).
- **Empujarás el crecimiento de nuestros clientes transmitiéndoles el** **_know-how_** **de The Cocktail y asumiendo sus retos como nuestros.**:

- Trabajarás integrado en un **equipo de Diseño** y mantendrás interlocución con clientes para la toma de requerimientos, presentaciones, reportes, etc.
- No necesitamos que sepas diseñar pero nos gustaría que tuvieras un punto de vista desde perspectiva producto y cliente.
- **Gestionar proyectos de manera autónoma** desde el primer momento, por lo que necesitamos que tengas experiência anterior en la gestión de proyectos de producto digital.
- En algunas ocasiones tendrás que trabajar en **inglés**.
- Utilizarás **metodologías** **_agile_** como SCRUM en tu día a día (pero te adelantamos que no siempre les somos demasiado fieles).
- Serás responsable en gran medida del crecimiento y desarrollo profesional de los equipos que lideres.

Queremos que seas consciente de las preocupaciones de tu equipo, sientas empatía y colabores en el desarrollo de su potencial, poniendo sus necesidades por encima de las propias.
- Tener **sensibilidad sobre el área Diseño**: características de un proyecto de diseño, metodologías y procesos de diseño, necesidades de equipo...
