Business & Controlling Supervisor

Provide financial leadership to Vigo Business & Controlling organization. Plan, organize, direct and continuously improve the management reporting and cost information of the product lines, to provide accurate and timely financial information and analysis. Lead the quoting financial function for Vigo to ensure the ongoing and long term success of the business. Participate in the overall management and leadership of the business to achieve optimal use of resources and the growth of Vigo and Borgwarner EV.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in overall management and leadership of the business
- Provide early warning on all business trends that affect the performance of the business including P&L, balance sheet cash flow and operation issues.
- Using product line financials and other cost re& porting, work with CFT to achieve targeted levels of profitability including participation in cost reduction programs for the product line.
- Responsible for developing the financial business case supporting any investment into the product line.
- Work with CFT to develop quote responses that will ensure future long term profitable growth for Vigo.
- Support management team in plant and technical center monthly forecast and budgeting activities
- Maintain technical center controlling system.
- Create and maintain internal controls and related procedures in order to keep internal controls over Financial Reporting in place and respective SOX demands.
- Responsible for inventory valuation and yearly physical inventory.
- Evaluate, update and manage Emissions Systems Vigo standard cost systems.
- Insure that all systems (cost and operational) provide accurate, timely and meaningful data for management action and decision making.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics or equivalent.

CPA or CMA

MBA a plus

3 years of business experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.

US GAAP

IT Literate, especially Microsoft Excel

SAP/Hyperion

Fluent in English (required)
