Además de soluciones de microscopía para las ciencias de la vida y la investigación de materiales. Y soluciones de tecnología médica para el diagnóstico y tratamiento en oftalmología y microcirugía.

Para conseguir sus metas, necesita incorporar a su equipo de Madrid un/a **Field Service Engineer**, para su división de metrología industrial, que tenga ganas de seguir creciendo y desarrollándose profesionalmente con ellos.

**¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades?**

Responsable de atender y resolver las demandas de los clientes referentes al funcionamiento de los equipos suministrados:

- Realizar servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo in‐situ (Técnico de Campo en casa del cliente).
- Realización de las instalaciones y puestas en marcha de todos los equipos ya sean como consecuencia de pedidos y/o demostraciones, así como en congresos y/o exposiciones, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento. (Técnico de Campo en casa del cliente).
- Realización y gestión del análisis y reparación de las averías de las máquinas.
- Gestión directa y personal del cliente final.
- Coordinación de los trabajos, dentro del mismo cliente, bajo su responsabilidad.
- Control de las fechas de vencimiento de calibración de cada equipo.
- Identificación correcta del estado de calibración de los equipos
- Envío del equipo al proveedor o backoffice para su calibración en las fechas estimadas.
- Revisión de las actualizaciones de los PTCs (procedimientos técnicos de calibración) y conocimiento de estas.
- Calibración del instrumental conforme al PTC.
- Reportar resultados al Supervisor Técnico, así como comunicarle la existencia de cualquier anomalía detectada en las actividades del laboratorio de medición del cliente.
- Impartición de cursos de formación del equipo
- Cumplimentar los registros de calibración.
- Reportar los resultados de las calibraciones in situ al Supervisor Técnico.
- Cumplir con los requisitos y normativa de medioambiente requeridas por la empresa y la legislación.

**¿Qué tendrás que aportar?**
- Titulación: FP II Electrónica mecánica. Ingeniería técnica mecánica o electrónica.
- Conocimientos informáticos: Sistemas Operativos Windows, herramientas técnicas informáticas, MS Office, programa de correos, base de datos.
- Valorables conocimientos de programación.
- Idiomas: inglés fluido (Nível min B2, deseable C1).
- 3 - 6 años de experiência como Field Service Engineer en el campo industrial, electrónica o mecánica.
- Experiência en reparación de equipos: o Electrónicos o Mecánicos o Neumáticos o Hidráulicos.
- Residencia en Madrid.
- Alta disponibilidad para viajar a nível Iberia.
