Purchasing System Analyst

BES - Bobst Iberica S.L.

Part of our Group Purchasing Transformation, we are opening a new Purchasing System Analyst position, to strengthen our analytical and administrative capabilities.

**Main accountabilities**:

- Collect business needs; understand business rational behind reports/dashboards requirements, create & advertise new reports and dashboards.
- Follow up on reports and dashboard usage to constantly adapt to business needs
- ** Analytical capabilities**
- Provide support on complex spot analytical request to support our Strategic Sourcing team as well as Supplier Performance team
- ** Jaggaer (Source to Pay platform) administration & continuous improvement**
- Jaggaer Administration (modules deployment, including eCatalogue)
- Jaggaer release management : Assess new features, propose if we should implement them based on return on investment they bring
- ** Training**:

- Perform Training on new system / dashboard
- Support team for non IT related issues

**Skills and competences**:

- Self-starter
- Ability to interact with all internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication and trainings skills
- Appetence for systems, especially brining expertise with Tableau (Dashboards creation & maintenance)
- Knowledge of SAP and of a cloud solutions interfaced with SAP (Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, Salesforce, Invoice dematerialization )
- Strong Analytical skills
- English proficiency, French a plus
- Miscellaneous:_
Usually, low travel requested (~1 trip per quarter max) but regular travel for proper onboarding to Switzerland-Italy-France at the very beginning
