**Join our team, we're looking for a Marketing Manager**

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our EMEALA team in Spain. In this role, you'll take on a strategic position to support our key accounts and distributors, enhancing brand awareness and driving the success of our products in the B2B sector. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing regional marketing initiatives, aligning closely with global marketing strategies to contribute to the overall growth of the business.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives in line with global strategies.
- Build relationships with key accounts and create annual marketing and activation plans with customers/distributors.
- Manage customer interactions, inquiries, and provide tailored marketing support.
- Customize and adapt marketing materials for the local market.
- Organize and execute tradeshows, webinars, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Identify B2B advertising and sponsorship opportunities, and track campaign performance.
- Monitor and share competitor insights; manage local vendors and annual budgets.
- Collaborate with sales, global marketing, communications, regulatory, and science teams.
- Contribute to content creation, analyze market data, and support continuous improvement.
- Align local brand strategy with global vision; travel as needed.

**Travel Requirement**: Approximately 40% of the time, primarily to support customers in the region and attend events and tradeshows.

- **Experience**: Prior experience in B2B marketing is preferred, with a strong advantage for those with a background in the Food/Nutra industry.
- **Education**:Marketing degree or relevant.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential, with additional regional languages a plus.

The Marketing Manager will work at our office in Tarragona, Spain. International travel may be required to some extent.
