**Summary**
- Support the HR team in recruitment, training and development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the execution of the payroll: preparation of necessary documentation such as benefits in kind reports.
- Regular updates of HR employee databases (Local Access, Mercure II and MyDev) as needed and monthly audit.
- Cooperate with Local Head of HR in the implementation of all Head Office and local projects.
- Training: support managing different types of courses/ seminars/ lectures and with training public subsidies for employees (FORCEM)
- Support with HR Administration, Comp & Benefit: accounting of medical and life insurance, extract training needs per BL/SF, business cards, parking and lunch tickets, follow up of appraisals, HO Reports, Resignation, litigation, severance.

Bac + 3 / L3
- Formation / Spécialisation
University Degree (Labour Relations, Business Management, Psichology...)Good Microsoft Office knowledge Fluent in EnglishAbility to liaise with numerous departments (B/O, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR) and develop coordination with other CA subsidiaries in Spain.
