Digital Marketing Manager

KVRT STVFF is looking for an all-round Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for all our online marketing. This includes among other things: being KVRT STVFF’s point of contact for our performance agency, campaign planning together with the Brand team, funnel setup, e-commerce analysis and constant ad optimization for the best possible efficiency. You will demonstrate creativity and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest details, as well as an interest in the fashion industry. You will be based at KVRT STVFF STVDIO in Barcelona. The work environment at KVRT STVFF is fast paced and energetic; no day is ever the same.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies that are budgeted for and delivered with full awareness of market and business trends, opportunities and threats.
- Creation of SEO strategy positioning.
- Definition and monitoring of different SEM initiatives including planning and management of campaigns.
- Improve and analyze acquisition, retention and customer experience efforts through on-site & channel optimization.
- Brief the agency and coordinate activities for paid media for various ad platforms such as Facebook, Instagram...
- Work together with our content creation team to build high-impact creative assets based on thorough A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Continuously run test&learn programs including baseline, creative, content, landing pages and frequency to improve key performance metrics.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor in Marketing or Creative arts.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in prioritizing, developing, and optimizing marketing activities towards ROI improvement.
- Hands on successful track record on traffic acquisition, SEO, SEM, funnel management.
- Deep knowledge in Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in other platforms like Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat is a plus.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and Fashion. Strong strategic analytic skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
