We are looking for an experienced fulltime Danish-speaking Sales Supervisor to oversee and monitor our team of Sales and Telemarketing agents in the division of outbound sales to qualified prospects in our office in Fuengirola, Spain. A full-time Spanish contract is provided with competitive salary and bonuses.

Tasks and responsibilities
More specifically, you will:
- Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of the sales and telemarketing team.
- Plan and oversee sales team goals and performance.
- Monitor and manage each agent's sales and find ways to optimise and improve their targets
- Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with Management to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team.
- Measure team performance; communicate goals and quotas to the sales team; and encourage and motivate sales agents as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Identify the trends in the market, both current and future, that are likely to affect the organization.
- Initiate discussions with the Management team and suggest new products, pricing plans and commission policies.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to Marketing and Sales Directors.
Required skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot CRM or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
