Chief Marketing Officer

Grupo de Agencias de Marketing de Influencia.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Desarrollo de una** estrategia integral de marketing** alineada con los objetivos comerciales de la Agencia, identificando los segmentos de mercado objetivo, nichos de clientes atractivos y desarrollar tácticas para alcanzarlos de forma efectiva.
- Analizar el **rendimiento de las iniciativas de marketing**, utilizando métricas relevantes y herramientas de análisis. Implementar estrategias de generación de demanda que atraigan a potenciales clientes hacia los servicios, **creando sistemas automatizados de leads.**
- Diseño y** supervisión de la creación de contenidos **como blogs, _whitepapers_, casos de estudio, infografías y otros recursos que serán utilizados por los desarrolladores de negocio para atraer a los clientes potenciales a reuniones comerciales.
- **Diseño de la experiência de usuario (UX)** de la plataforma de la compañía, tanto clientes como
- influencers _y creadores. Crear
- wireframes_, prototipos y flujos de interacción que definan la estructura y funcionalidad de un producto digital en base al análisis de los casos de uso para proporcionar una experiência fluida y coherente.
- Plantear estrategias para** identificar y captar influencers **relevantes para la plataforma, diseñando estrategias para mantener relaciones sólidas y beneficiosas con ellos, que faciliten a los _Influencer Managers_ disponer de un grupo numeroso de creadores de confianza para cada temática, zona geográfica y nível de audiencia preparados para activarse en campañas de forma inmediata.
- Trabajar en **estrecha colaboración con la dirección **para garantizar la alineación de las estrategias de marketing y comerciales con la estrategia general de la empresa, y para el desarrollo de nuevos servicios y productos que colaboren en el crecimiento de la compañía.

**OBJETIVOS**
- **Generar demanda **para los servicios de la empresa entre clientes empresariales, desarrollando

estrategias y tácticas de marketing efectivas y rentables.
- Fortalecer la presencia y reputación de la **marca** en el mercado del **marketing digital y marketing de **influencia**. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de **branding **que transmitan la propuesta de valor única de la empresa.
- Generar oportunidades de ventas para el equipo comercial para convertir leads en clientes.
- Captar y **favorecer la retención de influencers **para la plataforma, facilitando relaciones sólidas con ellos.
- Analizar los modelos de negocio y mejores prácticas de los competidores y empresas del sector

para proponer mejoras en el posicionamiento y los servicios de la compañía.
**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa de un mínimo de **2 años como responsable de marketing en empresas**

**B2B, preferiblemente en el sector de la Comunicación y Marketing, Marketing Digital o**

**empresas de base tecnológica.**
- Conocimiento profundo de las estrategias y tácticas de marketing B2B, incluyendo marketing

digital, automatización de
**generación de leads en Linkedin** y desarrollo de contenido de uso

profesional.
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas para medir y evaluar el rendimiento de las diferentes iniciativas

de marketing. Orientación al cliente, creatividad, capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y efectiva con
**equipos multifuncionales.
